CONTRACT MANUFACTURING OF ACID-BASED FACE CARE PRODUCTS
After one year of cooperation, the client returned with a request to develop a new line of acid-based face care products through our cosmetic contract manufacturing service. We developed a portfolio of advanced face care formulations based on selected acids, including humic acid, protocatechuic acid, and p-coumaric acid, with a focus on innovation, safety, and product differentiation. According to the client’s market analysis and project scope, these were rare acid-based cosmetic concepts, and no equivalent registered cosmetic products of this type were identified in Europe at the time of development. The result was a distinctive line of acid-based cosmetic formulations with strong premium positioning and expansion potential.

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING OF A Cosmetic set
The client approached us with a goal to launch a premium body care line through contract manufacturing cosmetics for a luxury brand targeting the GCC market and the broader Middle East market. The project was based on creating a consistent product set composed of key body care items, including a body lotion, body wash, hand cream, and cosmetic oils / body oils, with a strong focus on premium quality, sensory performance, and elegant fragrance direction.
As part of the project, we delivered a full contract manufacturing service for the client, covering product concept development, raw material selection, formulation design, packaging alignment, and production preparation. A major part of the concept focused on cosmetic oils and premium emollients to build a high-end skin feel, smooth application, nourishment, and long-lasting comfort. In addition to cream and wash formulations, we also completed the production of body oils, designed to complement the line and strengthen the luxury positioning of the brand in the GCC and Middle East markets.
This project was developed as a scalable contract manufacturing cosmetics set, allowing the client to expand the line in the future with additional products such as mists, scrubs, and further oil-based body care products. As a result, the client received a strong foundation for building a luxury export brand and a consistent quality standard across the portfolio.
